Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day after you receive the goods.
How to Make a Return
1. Return Notification:

2. Return Authorization:
- After reviewing your request, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed return instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Packaging and Shipping:
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Include the following inside the package:
- Return authorization form (provided in the confirmation email)
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
- Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided to the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to the address specified in the confirmation email (4 Broom Grn, Broomhall, Sheffield S3 7XF, UK).
Return Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the item(s) is defective or incorrectly described.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly described items.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Change of Mind: You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).
- Faulty or Damaged Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or faulty item, including clear photos as evidence.
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Item Received:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the incorrect item.
- We will arrange the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product free of charge. We will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
- Item Not Received:
- Contact us within a reasonable timeframe to initiate an investigation.
- If the item is not located, we will offer a full refund or replacement (shipping costs included).
Important Information:
- Unauthorized returns or returns of items that are used, worn, damaged, or without original packaging may not be accepted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
